Subscription & Purchase Cancellation Policy

At Wild Heart Apothecary, we want your shopping experience to be as effortless as it is magical.

Subscriptions: Our subscriptions have no minimum purchase commitment. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your customer account or by contacting us directly.

Cancellations take effect before the next unprocessed subscription order. Orders already processed or shipped are subject to our standard Refund & Return Policy.

Preorders: If preorder purchases are offered directly through our website, cancellation requests must be submitted before the order has shipped. Once shipped, our standard Refund & Return Policy applies.
